Through intentional movement, breath and meditation, yoga can assist us in finding more clarity and ease.

    Justine teaches regular weekly classes at various locations across the Nepean and Blue Mountains area.

  • Workshops

    Once a month, Justine holds a sacred pause - some time to intentionally stop, and spend some time with yourself - nurturing and nourishing your body, mind and soul.

  • Retreats

    Justine leads various yoga retreats throughout the year. These offerings are a truly special, sacred time to foster connection, intentionally pause, shift and transform.
