Through twice daily yoga, breathwork, meditation, and chakra-inspired practices, you’ll be guided into stillness, balance, and subtle energetic alignment. Whether you’re seeking deep rest, spiritual renewal, or simply space to breathe, this is your invitation to come home to yourself.

You are invited to slow down and immerse yourself in the tropical island experience.
Join us and spend 8 days / 7 nights deepening your yoga practice, cultivating connection back to you, aligning and attuning your inner energetic centres, immersing yourself in this simple tropical paradise.
The retreat will be held at Erakor Island, Vanuatu, from May 16 - 23, 2026.
This sacred time will include twice daily yoga practices, varying in style from hatha/vinyasa, restorative and yin, as well as meditation and time in nature. We'll also visit the most spectacular water you’ve ever seen at the Blue Lagoon, swim with sea turtles, visit a local school and village, explore and swim in beautiful cascades. There will be opportunities to pause, learn, rest deeply, reset and energise, plus time to connect - with yourself and those around you.
Yoga retreats are a truly magical time, where a peaceful, sacred pause is offered. We can strip back the busyness of life and attune and align, gifting ourselves for some reflection and respite.
Whilst there will be a consciously curated schedule of activities, there will be free time too. Every practice is optional, so if you need to take some time out, you can always choose to honour your individual needs.
STAY
Erakor Island provides the perfect location for a unique, tropical and unforgettable experience in Vanuatu.
This small island located in a calm lagoon, where you can snorkel right off the beach, located minutes from Port Villa, but you will feel like you’re miles from care — surrounded by palm trees, birds and sunshine.
Erakor is a barefoot luxury resort where you are surrounded by the most magical, clear water.
During free time you can spend your time by the pool, exploring the lagoon, kayaking around the island, relaxing in the sun, receiving a healing hands massage, walk along the water’s edge, and much more. You can choose how much or how little you would like to do!
NOURISHMENT
There is nothing that can replace the conversations and connection that happen over a meal, and so we will meet each morning for breakfast and each evening for dinner (included in the cost). You can also order your own drinks, additional snacks and food throughout the day, at your own cost.
Everything is prepared with your health and wellbeing in mind, catering to most dietary preferences. Whilst a vegetarian menu has been requested, you will be able to order animal products from the menu.

YOGA & DAILY HAPPENINGS
During our week together you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in your practice. Energise and warm your body in the morning with a solar flowing practice to welcome in the day. Go slow, pause and nourish yourself in the evening with a slower paced lunar nurturing practice to finish out the day.

Blue Lagoon
Nestled among lush jungle and swaying palms, the Blue Lagoon is one of Vanuatu’s most breathtaking natural sanctuaries. Its crystal-clear, mineral-rich waters shimmer in shades of turquoise and cobalt, inviting you to float, pause, and simply be. As we soak in this serene oasis, surrounded by nature’s stillness, we invite you to release, refresh, and reconnect — letting the waters cleanse not just the body, but the energy within.
Beach Movie + Pizza night
As the sun sets over the water, we’ll wind down the day with a relaxed pizza and movie night on the beach. Surrounded by gentle ocean breezes and island stars, we’ll gather for fresh, wood-fired pizza and a feel-good film under the palms. It’s a chance to laugh, connect, and simply enjoy — no agenda, just good food, good company, and the magic of a tropical night.
Animal Sanctuary
Enjoy a heart-opening visit to a local animal sanctuary, where we’ll connect with Vanuatu’s wildlife in a gentle, respectful way. Here, rescued and rehabilitated creatures are cared for with love — a powerful reminder of our shared responsibility to protect all beings. The experience culminates in an unforgettable moment: swimming with turtles in calm, crystal waters. Graceful, ancient, and wise, these beings invite us to move slowly, breathe deeply, and feel fully alive.
Melanesian Feast + Fire show
We’ll gather for a traditional Melanesian feast — a vibrant celebration of island culture, flavour, and community. You'll enjoy a spread of locally prepared dishes, cooked in earth ovens and infused with the spirit of Vanuatu. As the stars rise, the night comes alive with the rhythm of island drums and the thrill of a live fire show, where local performers share their ancestral art with passion and pride. It’s a night to honour culture, share gratitude, and feel the pulse of the South Pacific.
Rarru Cascades
Tucked deep within Vanuatu’s lush rainforest, the Rarru Cascades are a sanctuary of flowing water and stillness. As we follow the jungle path to the falls, the sounds of cascading streams and birdsong guide us inward. Here, under the canopy of green, you’re invited to cool off in the clear pools, let go under the waterfall’s gentle power, and reconnect with nature’s rhythm. It’s a moment of pure presence — refreshing, grounding, and deeply alive.
Local school + village visit
One of the most meaningful parts of our journey is a visit to a local school and village, where we are welcomed into the heart of everyday life in Vanuatu. This is a chance to connect through shared smiles, stories, and the simple joy of human presence. Meeting the children and their teachers offers a glimpse into the spirit of community that sustains island life — full of resilience, generosity, and warmth. We arrive not as tourists, but as guests — here to listen, learn, and honour the culture that holds us during our time here.

INVESTMENT
Accommodation at Erakor Island varies from simple motel style rooms, to private villas, to shared beach houses.
Bedding is individual to each selection so please check availability and inclusions below. Accommodation is limited, and will be assigned according to first request and deposit received.
Private rooms can be arranged upon special request.
All rooms have air conditioning, a ceiling fan and wifi throughout the island.
There are multiple room types available, please see details below for pricing. Further accommodation images are available upon request.
Spaces are limited and will require a non-refundable deposit of $500 per person to book in this sacred time for you.
The remaining payment is due over 2 further installments by April, 2026. Payment schedule will be sent after your booking is confirmed.
Please note, there are no yoga props provided at this retreat, so you will be required to bring your own mat, strap and blocks.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE + TRAVEL CONDITIONS
Our amazing time together will require a $500 non-refundable deposit, per person, this will secure this sacred time for you.
All subsequent payments are based on the room type you book.
The first payment is due upon confirmation of booking. The second payment is due January 2026.
The final payment is due beginning of April 2026.
All monies are to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to our retreat time together.
Any changes prior to the retreat will incur cancellation fees directed by Erakor Island Resort. It is a requirement that each retreat guest have their own travel insurance, proof will be required. No visa is required to enter Vanuatu.
You will be required to also sign a contract outlining your responsibilities on our trip. The contract will be sent after receiving your initial deposit, your signature and deposit acknowledges you accept the contract conditions.
