‘EARTH + SKY’ RETREAT
You are invited to immerse yourself in a week of luxury on an international yoga retreat in Ubud, Bali!
Join us and spend 8 days / 7 nights deepening your yoga practice, cultivating connection back to you and your inner light, immersing yourself in beautiful Bali and letting your soul shine.
The retreat will be held at Soulshine, Bali, from 17 - 24 October, 2026.
This sacred time will include twice daily yoga practices, varying in style from hatha/vinyasa, restorative and yin, as well as meditation and time in nature. We'll also visit a sacred water temple to be blessed by the multiple fountains of pure clean holy water, experience a unique Balinese cultural meal and visit a beautiful secret white sand beach. There will be opportunities to pause, learn, rest deeply, reset and energise, plus time to connect - with yourself and those around you.
Yoga retreats are a truly magical time, where a peaceful, sacred pause is offered. We can strip back all the busyness of life and reconnect into ourselves for some reflection and respite, then move forward with our shining bright and a deep sense of peace.
Whilst there will be a consciously curated schedule of activities, there will be free time too. Every practice is optional, so if you need to take some time out, you can always choose to honour your individual needs.

Soulshine is a barefoot luxury resort and retreat dedicated to togetherness and the art of gathering people to share in the joy of wellness, music, incredible food and good vibes.
Located in the heart of Bali, Soulshine is a jungle paradise - surrounded by rice terraces, ancient temples and a beautiful river that runs along the edge of the property. They also have an organic farm that provides the freshest food daily to their restaurant. During free time you can spend your time by the 3 infinity pools, ride down the waterslide, relax at the pool lounge or cabanas, get a spa treatment, explore the local village, walk along the river, and much more. You can choose how much or how little you would like to do!
NOURISHMENT
There is nothing that can replace the conversations and connection that happens over a great meal and so we will meet each morning for breakfast and each evening for dinner. Everyone is also free to order their own drinks, additional snacks and food off the a-la-carte menu throughout the day, at your own cost.
Everything is prepared with your health and wellbeing in mind, catering to all dietary preferences. Our meals will vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free can be arranged.
Many of the organic ingredients and produce come from Soulshine's very own organic farm.
Meals can be adapted to accomodate food allergies or intolerances, so please advise if you have any special requirements.
YOGA & DAILY HAPPENINGS
During our week together you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in your practice. Energise and warm your body in the morning with a solar flowing practice to welcome in the day. Go slow, pause and nourish yourself in the evening with a slower paced lunar nurturing practice to finish out the day.
As well as our daily yoga practices, 3 wonderful group experiences are also included …

Water Temple Blessing
Go back in time to the ancient temple of Gunung Kawi, carved into the mountainside in 1000 BC. Then head to Tirta Empul Sacred Water Temple, to be blessed by the multiple fountains fo pure clean holy water. The water is assumed by the local residents to cure disease.
Chase Waterfalls
Spend the day discovering the natural landscape and picturesque beauty of two different waterfalls. A short, moderate walk down a winding path takes you deep into the heart of Bali, where you will explore, and have the opportunity to swim in some natural waterfalls.
Secret White Sand Beach
Spend the day at a secret white sand beach, perfect for swimming. Then enjoy lunch and cold drinks at your choice of local warungs dotted along the shore.
You can usually purchase a wonderful beachfront massage here too!

All rooms at Soulshine are twin share, and can either be set up as twin beds or a king bed,
which makes it a great opportunity to bring a friend along!
Private rooms can be arranged upon special request.
All rooms have air conditioning, in-room safe, wifi, drinking water, organic shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and lotion.

Spaces are limited and will require a non-refundable deposit of $300 per person to book in this sacred time for you.
The remaining payments are due over 3 further installments by June 17, 2026. Payment schedule will be sent after your booking is confirmed.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE + TRAVEL CONDITIONS
Our amazing time together will require a $300 non-refundable deposit, per person, this will secure this sacred time for you.
All subsequent payments are based on the room type you book.
The first payment is due upon confirmation of booking. The second payment is due February 17.
The third payment is due April 17, and the final payment is due June 17, 2026.
All monies are to be paid in full 4 months prior to our retreat time together.
Any changes 6 months prior to the retreat will incur cancellation fees directed by Soulshine. Soulshine also requires each retreat guest to have their own travel insurance, proof will be required. Please also note, you will need to purchase a Visa to enter Bali and pay the new tourism levy - details provided.
Soulshine requires that I sign a contract on behalf of all my guests, as such I will require you to also sign a contract outlining your responsibilities on our trip. The contract will be sent after receiving your initial deposit, your signature and deposit acknowledges you accept the contract conditions.
Soulshine is a green venue - retreat fees include all waste being composted, recycled or removed appropriately.
