Join Justine as she guides you through a sacred pause of restorative yoga and aromatherapy.

Aroma Restore is a beautiful blend of essential oils and restorative yoga for 2 luxurious hours. Take a pause to nurture + nourish your body + mind with gentle + supportive yoga, aromatherapy and sound.

This workshop offers supportive stillness, to mindfully be aware of our bodies and our breath - intentionally stopping and nurturing our mind and body. During restorative yoga, we allow our bodies to fully rest, without any strain, and allow the props to hold our body lovingly.

Every time we meet we collectively drop out of the hustle and bustle of life, and drop into ourself for invaluable rest, so that we can step forward into our lives as the best version of ourselves!

Cancellation policy: Booking date changes are permitted up until one week prior to the event. If you cancel within the week of the workshop date, or do not show up on the day, I cannot refund your money. However, I will pass on your essential oil rollerball or you can send someone in your place.
